Concrete production takes place at five locations in Serbia: two plants are located in Preljina, with one plant each in Belgrade, Kruševac, Dolovo, and Milićevo Selo.

Production of concrete
Production
and transport of concrete
Concrete production is carried out at 4 locations in Serbia: Two factories are located in Preljina, two in Pakovrac, one in Novi Sad and one in Lučani.
Fresh concrete is produced in nine different strength classes, namely: MB10, MB15, MB20, MB25, MB30, MB35, MB40, MB45, MB50.
In addition to the standard MB strength classes, there are also concretes with special properties: concretes resistant to the effects of frost, to the combined effects of frost and salt, waterproof concretes, SCC concretes, concretes with steel needles and synthetic microfibers.
Fresh concrete is transported using 39 mixers with a capacity of up to 10 m3, and pumping is done using 10 pumps, with a branch length of up to 50 meters.

In addition to concrete production, the company is also engaged in the production of materials used in concrete and asphalt manufacturing, as well as in engineering and infrastructure projects.
Gravel, limestone, and igneous rock materials are used in the production of these materials.
The production process involves the extraction of these raw materials, followed by their processing and transportation to the production facilities. Extraction is carried out from riverbeds, areas near riverbeds, and quarries.
The primary processing method for these materials is crushing. This is a mechanical process that reduces solid raw materials, such as rock, stone, ore, and construction waste, from their original size into smaller pieces or fractions.

Screening
Following the crushing process, the materials undergo separation/screening. Material separation is the process of sorting crushed raw materials into different categories based on particle size (fractions).
The different material fractions are used for a variety of applications, including:
- production of high-quality concrete,
- asphalt production,
- construction of drainage layers,
- floor leveling,
- surfacing of roads and yards.
